Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

It appears that similarly situated co-accusedMangaru Rai and Santosh Rai have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure3 series. Only suspicion of commission of murder is there against the petitioner and the persons were allowed bail. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chapra Muffasil Police Station Case No.371 of 2016, subject to the condition that the
