Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No.24 of 2020, registered for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16965 of 2022(5) dt.29-09-2022 2/3 offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(A) (B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner, Sunil Kumar has got no criminal antecedent whereas Anil Kumar has got one criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner, Sunil Kumar is said to have assaulted Upendra Yadav by means of Tangi but Upendra Yadav sustained simple injuries. It is submitted that petitioner, Anil Kumar is said to have assaulted Preman Yadav and Preman Yadav sustained grievous injury in his hand. It is also submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that injuries are not on the vital parts of the body of the injured persons, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Nawada in
