2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 273 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased was married with the son of the petitioner in the year 2021. She has been killed few years after the marriage.

4. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner also. The petitioner is in jail since 17.10.2023.

5. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner can renew her prayer for bail if the
