The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jamui P.S. Case No. 52/2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that while she was returning to her house Sano Devi (petitioner no. 1) picked up quarrel and assaulted with Khanti on her head and her husband petitioner no. 2 assaulted her with lathi.
It is submitted that all the allegations are false and concocted that the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant. The informant got only one injury found on her head that too simple in nature. Injuries are superficial. The informant

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that only one injury that too simple in nature was found on the injured, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 52/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
