Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder was registered against unknown and the confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded, after arrest by the police on suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
