JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.02.2019. He further submits that the allegation is general and omnibus and there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. The nature of injuries are simple in nature. Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in
