2. The photo copy of the bill is taken on record.
3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 415 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 105, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
4. The deceased died due to electrocution and it has been alleged that the petitioner had been getting electricity by illegal ways.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner and his son has got the proper electricity connection and in support of the same, July, 2024 bill issued by the Electricity Company has been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 4th Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned court below in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 415 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
