14-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Two petitioners, who apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case no.14 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 143, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 174 of the Railway Act, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that number of other accused persons have already been extended the privilege of bail.
Keeping in view of nature of accusation, which is apparently against the society, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
