The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2016 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 450/326/307/ of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the injury purported to have been inflicted on the informant by the petitioner was on the palm of the left hand and that there was no repetition of such firing, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in connection with Mokama P.S. Case
