14-01-2015 Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Five petitioners, namely; Mangal Singh, Budha Singh @ Birendra Singh, Satyendra Singh, Shashi Singh @ College Singh and Nirbhay Singh, apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-853 of 2002, Tr. No. 828 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 380 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that due to land and pattidari dispute, false case has been instituted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30614 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 I have perused the complaint petition. The Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Let the five petitioners, namely; Mangal Singh, Budha Singh @ Birendra Singh, Satyendra Singh, Shashi Singh @ College Singh and Nirbhay Singh, be enlarged on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Sikrahana, Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Complaint Case No. C-853 of 2002, Tr. No. 828 of 2014, under the provisions as contemplated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
