In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No.15 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
Allegation has been made that about 15 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
