2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 386 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is a female who is alleged to have illicit relationship with one Rakesh Kumar Gupta who is the husband of the deceased. The informant and other witnesses have turned hostile.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18377 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 386 of 2022.
