Petitioners are in custody in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are in custody since 15.5.2018 and 17.5.2018 in connection with seizure of 136 liters of liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 29673 of 2018 vide order dated 30.5.2018.

No. 29673 of 2018 vide order dated 30.5.2018, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail after 29.07.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Nawada P.S.
