Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation is against six persons to have committed occurrence of assault etc. Though, some of them fired in the air causing no injury to anyone.

Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation as well as custody of the petitioner since 02.07.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Charpokhari Police Station Case No. 13 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15667 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/- U T
