Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 74175 of 2019, by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Daraunda (M.H. Nagar) P.S. case No.51/19, pending in the court of J.M. 1st class, Siwan. It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertent mistake, in paragraph 2 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20352 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.74175 of 2019 Section has wrongly been mentioned as "Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code" in place of Sections 413, 414, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code".

Accordingly, the order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.74175 of 2019 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 2 of the order, "Section mentioned as 392 of the Indian Penal Code" be read as "Sections 413, 414, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code".

The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
