Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The seizure list reflects recovery of 264.960 liters of I.M.F.L.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the orchard of this petitioner,

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.
