2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i) (x) (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 41 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a back-lash to the earlier informatory petition filed by him against the informant.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and statutory bar of section 18 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the present petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
