Earlier vide order dated 15.07.2022, the petitioners were granted provisional bail till disposal of the case and case diary was also called for, for the purpose of clarification of this fact that in operative portion of impugned order, it is mentioned that the petitioners were arrested on spot and from perusal of the FIR, it is evident that date of occurrence is 27.06.2019 but in para-1 of impugned order it is mentioned that petitioners are languishing in jail since 20.01.2022.

Therefore, from the aforesaid fact, it is clear that petitioners were not arrested from the spot.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16409 of 2022(5) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 15.07.2022 in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 is hereby confirmed and the present petition stands disposed of.
