JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

Again I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned in my previous order dated 17.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56985 of 2015 and accordingly the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with S.T.No. 117 of 2016 arising out of Salkhua P.S.Case No. 84 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Saharsa, is rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. It is also made clear that if the petitioner is not produced before the trial court by the jail authority, the learned trial court may take coercive steps against the jail authority in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48091 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 accordance with law.

However, it is also made clear that if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) singh/- U T
