Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No.98 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153(A), 295(A), 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that large number of people have been implicated in this case and there is no specific overt act against the petitioners, the petitioners bear no criminal antecedent except cases lodged in the present context.

No.35655 of 2018(2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Shubham Kumar and Nitish Kumar Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No.98 of 2018.
