The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 295(A), 333, 353, 153(A), 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
