2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 404 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109, 303(2), 263, 62, 352, 351(2) and 3(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners and other accused persons abused and assaulted the informant and other police personnel.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15605 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated. No specific allegations have been leveled against the petitioners and they are not named in the F.I.R.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 404 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
