2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2022 instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. The petitioner is said to be the owner of the tempo from which 125 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the said tempo was sold to one Parwati Kumari.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing
