2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 758 of 2023, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354(A), 506, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence all the named accused persons came and started

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22344 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/3 abusing the informant. When the informant raised objection, the accused persons torn her clothes. It is alleged that co-accused Laxman Kumar assaulted the nephew of the informant and coaccused Dhanilal Kumar assaulted the daughter of the informant when they came to rescue the informant. Co-accused Dhanilal Kumar snatched the golden chain of the daughter of the informant. The accused persons also took away cash of Rs. 70,000/- from the house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Both parties are co-villagers and next door neighbours. The occurrence took place between the parties on petty dispute for which there is case and counter case between them. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are ready to cooperate in the investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
