JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Since the informant has already entered appearance, hence the application is being heard on merit. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been reconciled between the parties and both are residing together. This contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is not being controverted by Mr. Praful Chandra Thakur, learned counsel for the complainant.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24227 of 2015 (3) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., Supaul in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
