Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that some other similarly situated coaccused have been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84462 of 2019 (Annexure-3) as well as vide order dated 29.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7136 of 2020. Finding substance in the submission aforesaid and completion of investigation against the petitioner, let the

No.17168 of 2020(3) dt.02-09-2020 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihariganj Police Station Case No. 289 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
