2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased committed suicide because of the torture having been caused by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 29.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19178 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
