ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.11.2012 in Misc. (Maintenance) Case No. 188 of 2012 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ara (Bhojpur). Considering that the impugned order is one granting interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. Hence the application is rejected.
