JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017 for an offence under sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he is involved in snatching mobile, cash of Rs. 20,000/- and motorcycle of the informant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as per statement on affidavit in para-3 of the petition.

The petitioner has remained in jail since 4.6.2017. Having regard to the fact that there is no eye-witness in this case and investigation has already been completed and

No.44075 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 having regard to the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as per statement in para-3, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul, in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
