Patna High Court CWJC No.6167 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 aside having got not legal and judicial confirming the employment of the appellant by the Aam Sabha of the said centre, the proceeding is ended/ finished and directed to send the copy to the lower court and also for quashing the consequential order dated 22.09.2023 (contained in Annexure-11) of the Child Development Project Officer Terahgachh by which the petitioner has been relieved from the post of Sevika in view of the order of the commissioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
