The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2018 in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 436 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law and the allegations against him are general and omnibus in nature.
