2. The present petition has been preferred for transfer of Matrimonial Case (Divorce) No- 276 of 2023 (Shubhash Kumar Singh Vs. Amita Anand) pending before the court of Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that she has threat to her life in Munger as the opposite party as also the family members have tortured her but anyhow she rescued herself and is now living with her son at Bhagalpur and in that background, she fears going to Munger.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party on the other submits that he has filed the petition and would like only that the same is taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest. He

5. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also the problem the petitioner has narrated, this Court deems it appropriate that the files of Matrimonial Case (Divorce) No. 276 of 2023 (Shubhash Kumar Singh Vs. Amita Anand) is transferred from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur.

6. Both the petitioner as also the husband will have the liberty to appear before the Court either physically or through virtual mode.
