The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 427, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner and his associates misbehaved and abused Block Head and other officers. It is further alleged that this petitioner also torn the attendance register.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the present case has been engineered by the informant for the propose of false implication. All the sections are bailable except Section 353 of the I.P.C., which has been added only with a view to make the offence serious.

No.16694 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific and direct allegation against this petitioner that he alongwith his associates misbehaved with the informant and other officials and also disturbed the meeting. It is further submitted that petitioner has also got five criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
