The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagalpur (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 420, 504, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering nature of allegation made in the first information report and also the fact the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in
