Petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons has assaulted the informant at the time of submersion of the idol of goddess Durga on the occasion of Vijayadasmi.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though there is allegation against the petitioner of having shot fire on the informant from country made pistol, however, from the injury report it appears that there is no fire arm injury on the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-V, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016.
