Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged after one month of the occurrence and the petitioners are under suspicion to have removed the mother of the informant for land dispute. Considering the substance in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that only material is suspicion and the petitioners are females, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34647 of 2018 (2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 322 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
