2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the deceased had run away from home prior to her death from drowning and for which information was given to the informant. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/Chandran (Vikash Jain, J) U T
