JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 06-04-2022 Admittedly, the petitioner has filed objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act before the Certificate Officer, Purnea, however, no decision has been taken thereon.

We dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Purnea to decide the objection filed under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act

Patna High Court CWJC No.4557 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 within four weeks from today. The Certificate Officer shall also take into account the preliminary objection raised by the petitioner regarding maintainability of the certificate proceedings.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
