JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the A.P.P. This application under section 482 Cr. P.C. has been filed against the order dated 18.02.2011 passed in Case No. 590 of 2010 whereunder the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mahua converted the proceeding under section 144 Cr. P.C. to 145 Cr. P.C. with direction to the parties in which the petitioner was a member of second party and opposite party nos. 2 to 5 whereas the members of the 1st Party appeared on 04.04.2011 and filed their written statement and produced their evidence.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29939 of 2014 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under section 482 Cr. P.C.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
