JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 4.5 litres of foreign liquor.

Considering the quantify of the liquor and the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd- Cum-Special Judge, Siwan
