JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 148, 149, 302, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order reflects that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was rejected by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IX, East Champaran, Motihari since none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of to the move the learned Sessions Judge again. It is expected from the learned Sessions Judge to dispose of the application for anticipatory bail expeditiously

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23789 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 within a period of four weeks of the filing of the same in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, East Champaran.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
