Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.97 of 2018, giving rise to POCSO Case No.10 of 2018 registered under Sections 363/376 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the informant wanted to marry with the petitioner, when the petitioner refused then false allegation was levelled and the allegation is that the daughter of the informant had physical relationship with the petitioner for the last two years. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Mithun Kumar Tanti is directed to be
