Case No. 234 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka more than a year back, the prayer for cancellation of bail is rejected. However, if the court below receives any complaint with regard to the conduct of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3, it shall take appropriate action against them.
