JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. The petitioner has a grievance that over his private land, the respondents have erected a building for Aanganbari Centre and some hatch hutment.

The State legislature has enacted various laws for effective redressal of grievance of the citizen of the State. The Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, is one of such enactments, which creates a forum for redressal of such grievance. The alternative forum, which is certainly statutory in nature, which the petitioner has not availed.

If he does so, it goes without saying that his application shall be disposed of within the time prescribed under the Act and Rules framed thereunder.
