JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 It is submitted by counsel for the State that relief claimed in the instant proceedings is for extending tenure of the petitioner as English Instructor in ITI.

Contractual tenure of the petitioner has expired on 31.03.2013. The authorities as per averments made in the counter affidavit have considered the fact that petitioner's contractual appointment was not based on a legal and valid procedure. Previous selection was also not on the basis of written test and only on marks basis. Accordingly, decision was taken not to appoint contractually.
