JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Petitioners being parents of the husband of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case wherein processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that complainant and her husband are residing together at Gram Bausa Zila Sheikhpura. A statement to that effect has been made in para 11 of the petition. The certificate to that effect has been issued by the member of the gram panchayat which has been brought on record as Annexure-4.
