The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That, the present writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ commanding and directing the respondents concerned to make payment of salary to the Late husband of petitioner for the period from the date of his appointment to the date of joining as after appointment of the Late husband of petitioner as Class III employee on the basis of Ex-non Formal Supervisor in the light of order of this Hon'ble Court and in view of the policy decision of the respondent State, their joining was not accepted
Patna High Court CWJC No.4751 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 till a long period from the date of their appointment without any fault on the part of the Late husband of petitioner."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
