2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No. 857 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that all the accused persons including this petitioner have fraudulently got loan of Rs. 98,000/- from the Bank by showing their false and fabricated L.P.C. (Land Possession Certificate).
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17114 of 2025(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27789 of 2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, claim based on parity, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the lower court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No. 857 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
