2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, four unknown miscreants riding on two motorcycles, shot informant's husband, who died on the spot.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22404 of 2024(3) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. He has submitted further that similarly situated accused Subhash Kumar Mehta has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33394 of 2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the fact that similarly situated accused person has been granted bail, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
