Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 324, 325, 379, 427, 435, 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific accusation of assault to the victim Md. Sohail is against Md. Mojibul Rehman and Md. Shamim, whereas there is omnibus and general accusation against other co-accused of pelting stones.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that considering the omnibus and general accusation against other co-accused, co-accused Mumtaz Khatoon has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 14836 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23760 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 213 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
